Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Identify new market opportunities and generate new sales leads \xc2\xb7 Follow up on sales funnel and ensure successful completion of projects with prompt customer service and satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Plan and develop sales plans to achieve sales objectives & monthly sales target \xc2\xb7 Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, contract review to post-sales support \xc2\xb7 Develop and conduct presentations explaining products and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele \xc2\xb7 Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and M&E Consultants \xc2\xb7 Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs \xc2\xb7 Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations \xc2\xb7 Prepare reports and forecasts as and when requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Building Engineering \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred \xc2\xb7 Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets \xc2\xb7 Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills \xc2\xb7 Possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team \xc2\xb7 Good track record in project sales and large tender preparation ** 5-day work week ** Shuttle Bus Service provided at Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang MRT Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
