Sales Supervisor
Job Description
1. Responsible for the proper execution of plans aligned by the RSM and the region.
2. Responsible for standard and visible merchandising in the respective areas.
3. Gathers competitor datas and promotional activities and reporting it to the RSM.
4. Responsible for the overall performance of handled area, oversee day-to-day operations.
5. Identifies challenges, proposing alternatives and strategies and execute solutions aligning to RSM.
6. Responsible for allocating targets to team members, monitoring, and delegates task to the team.
7. Intiates programs in his area to improve sales generation and increase company revenue.
8. Supervising the team and the area, expanding store coverage and improving the store and product visibility.
