  • Provide support in formulating strategies and create necessary plans in order to achieve the company's sales objectives, and budgets
  • Direct, guide, develop, and motivate staffs directly supervised and evaluate their performance
  • Assign and deploy staff to car dealerships ensuring everyone is aligned with their sales targets.
  • Consolidate the department's performance and ensures the team's compliance on submission of the daily sales activity report.
  • Review Sales Result and recommend strategies in support of overall sales plans.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing systems, processes, and workflow to be able to develop and standardize support being extended to the Sales team in processing day-to-day transactions.
  • Monitors daily interaction of Sales Operations with Car Dealerships and other partners to ensure timely flow, proper documentation and accurate delivery steps are observed consistently.
  • Help review all Car Dealership requirements and endorses to all concerned department/teams within the Company to facilitate the timely release of units from dealership to approved borrowers.
  • Provide insight and knowledge in designing appropriate incentive package for the sales team
Qualification and Experience:
  • Has Bachelor's degree in any business studies.
  • Having a master's degree will be nice to have but not mandatory.
  • 5+ years of solid sales experience and a good track record in used car financing, 1 year of which is supervising the sales team.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Skill Set:
  • Strong and confident communication skills, business presentation skills and analytical skills.
  • Thrives in fast paced environment with a 'roll-up your sleeves' attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and has team concept mentality
  • Displays initiative, resourcefulness and independence and process-oriented individual.
  • "Do-whatever-it-takes" attitude and uncompromising work ethic
