Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Makes outbound calls to customers to generate leads Builds customer's interest in the services and products offered by the company Updates the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer Conversational and friendly, but also have conviction in our product and service Supervise all the sales personnel (inbound and outbound) Work with sales team to meet and exceed sales quota Physically able to perform a field-based workJOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years graduate of any course
- Willing to do field works
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target
- Good English communication skills both oral and written
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
