We are looking for a Sales supervisor to join our expanding team. As an ambassador and the ?rst point-of-contact in store, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This involves everything from selling merchandise in all sales channels, handling payments, managing stock and delivery to engaging customers and making sure that the merchandise are attractively displayed.
Job scope
Achieve sales revenue (from offline and online stores).
Supervise retail operations such as delivery of customer orders
Implement marketing directives to deliver sales and promotion campaigns
Maintain the visual merchandising plan to attract shoppers
Deliver and supervise customer experience for 1-1 styling experience
Inventory management
Supervise and coach team on service and operation training
Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting plans relating to driving seamless customer experience and care across channels.
