Sales Planning

Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Sales Operations and Budget:



Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.


Communicate sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Manage the sales process and ensure efficient operations.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues.


Conduct negotiations and close sales deals.


Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
