Key Responsibilities
Provide regular guidance and feedback to team members to ensure achievement of established performance targets.

Review and approve team members' working hours records to ensure accurate and standardized attendance management.
Lead the implementation of customer service standards and supervise the team to deliver quality customer experiences throughout the process.
Assist in formulating sales strategies, track the team's sales target achievement and make timely adjustments.
Requirements
Possess practical experience in team training and talent development, with the ability to effectively enhance members' professional capabilities.
Have a proven track record of meeting sales and team performance goals set by previous employers.
Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills and team management awareness.
* Familiar with sales business processes; knowledge of relevant industry market trends is preferred.
