Motivate sales staff to ensure the sales target are achieved
Opening and closing of store
Daily and monthly stock count
Provide product training to sales staff
Handling customers’ complaints and defective items
Maintain standards of staff discipline & housekeeping
Provide feedback on the team’s work performance
Store maintenance, i.e. lighting, fixtures and display materials
Ensure proper maintenance of customer data
Arrange roster and manage daily shop operations
Manage stock and control inventory
Maintain VM display at shop level
Prepare monthly traffic and demographics report
Ensure special promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently
Develop a succession planning with Retail Manager. Able to identify and groom the next in line
Assist in adhoc matter as and when required
Essential Requirement
At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory role
Good communication skills with the ability to speak several languages will be an advantage
Strong passion to provide excellent customer service to customers
Skills
Experience in fashion retail industry preferred
Proactive, energetic and team player
