Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:

Able to work rotat shift Planning and execute day to day sales and operating works. Despatching invoice And tracking payment Cheque payment collection and banking promptly Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration. Motivating and supervising employees. Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings. Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management. Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole. Able to work weekends and public holidays Able to work night shift
