What will you do:
Supervise the daily activities of the sales representatives.
Daily store visit
Assess strategies on how to increase monthly sales.
Encompasses product knowledge and the department's process.
Work with sales team.
Meet all sales targets and goals monthly.
How to be part of the team:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory position and in a telecommunication industry.
Must have knowledge of the sales process.
Must have Telco experience.
Graduate of Business Management or any related field.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Residing in Dumaguete City is preferable.
