Job Description
Our client is a prominent semiconductor equipment solutions provider headquartered in Singapore, standing as the preferred go-to partner for numerous top semiconductor manufacturing firms globally.
The team is looking to hire for a Sales Support who will be responsible to generate quotations, provide support to Sales team and manage data in the SAP system.
Location: Kranji
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6.30PM
Salary: Monthly Basic up to $3,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist to receive all customer enquiries and details.
- Prepare invoices and generate sales quotations.
- To be the main point of contact for both internal and external customers/suppliers/logistics companies.
- Ensure system information are updated and assist to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Good knowledge of order processing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP system.
- Independent, collaborative, with good service mindset.
