Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production (Semicon)
- Position Title: Sales Support Admin/ Sales Admin
- Working Location: Tampines (Company transportation provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Generate sales orders for order processing.
- Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying for inspection status.
- Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
- Compiling sales data and gathering information about potential distributors and competitors.
- Maintaining a database of customer contacts.
- Maintain a good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access to work documents.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
