• support team with back office administrative work.
• You are responsible to tender documentations signature based on authority level, maintenance and achieving.
• You are responsible to maintain pricing by customers and BPs, sync with SAP and 4PL.
• You are responsible to check open tenders on the various websites (Ariba, Sesami etc).
• You will be supporting in purchasing process (PO, PR).
• You will be supporting new staffs on-boarding processes.

• You shall have 1-3 years in administrative experiences (Preferable in healthcare sector).

• You will need to possess good communication skills.
• You will be required to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes when needed.
