Adecco is partnering with an IT service provider and we are seeking for a Sales Support, Admin Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for creating purchase orders, coordinating shipments and managing accounts receivable and payable.The Job:
Create purchase orders, invoices and packing lists
Verify shipment details upon receipt and prior to delivery
Oversee, manage and liaise with internal departments, forwarders, and carriers on document issuance, incoming & outgoing shipments and payment arrangements
Collate documentation for new customer and vendor registrations
Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable/payable and inbound/outbound deliveries
Monitor and report on inventory levels, including stock-taking
Record business expenses and submit expense claims on behalf of the CEO and COO
Source, purchase, and maintain office supplies
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in the annual audit and liaise with relevant departments on audit requests
Assist with any other administrative or finance duties as required
The Talent:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support position
Relevant experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable will be advantageous
