Job Description

Responsibilities . Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders . Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance . Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per S Responsibilities . Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders . Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance . Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standards . Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments . Coordinate sea/ air freight shipments and transport arrangement . Liaise with air/sea freight forwarding, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment . Process shipping operation and courier service . Handling of all billing and invoices . Ad-hoc duties as and when required Requirements . GCE O' Level/ NITEC/ Diploma . With 1 - 3 years of relevant experience . Proactive and positive working attitude . Meticulous with good organizational skills . Proficient in MS Office . Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision . Working location: Boon Lay .
