1. Coordinate interviews arrangement between recruiters and clients (Mainly by email)
2. Update recruiter sales records
3. keep track of company inventory (water , link , computer)
4. Assist hr manager in coordinating events and trainings
5. Work Pass application for clients
6. Coordinate with external vendors for events supplies (e.g. awards, company t-shirt and etc)
7. Assist in generating invoices
8. Assist in management company social media.(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instragram)
Requirements
1. Willing to take CEI certification (company sponsored)
2. Minimum Diploma or Nitec in any discipline
3. Can travel to central area - Tanjong Pagar /Raffles Place /Downtown
