About the role
The Sales Support Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial team by ensuring seamless coordination, administrative efficiency, and customer service excellence. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the commercial team with day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and documentation.
  • Manage and organize sales databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
Customer Interaction:
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, order status updates, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Sales Support and Reporting:
  • Generate sales reports, analyze data, and prepare presentations to support the commercial team in decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and tracking performance metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Support the sales team in creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience 2 years in administrative support or sales support roles, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry and market trends is advantageous.
