Responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales
process. Help customers resolve sales-related issues in the timely manner, generally
providing real-time support.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customer and give after-sales support when requested.
Able to understand basic engineering drawing.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the team\'s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Assist in preparing costing sheet and official quotation.
Ensure adherence to law and policies.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
