Job Description
--The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in well-known MNC, Resume Booster!
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (Mondays & Fridays WFH)
- Location: Central / One-North
- Duration: 1 Year (renewable subjected to performance)
- Salary: $1,800 monthly
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to commit for at least 1 year.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus!
- Verification of opportunities and ensuring that all documentations (e.g.: licenses, menus) are valid for smooth merchant onboarding.
- Handles day-to-day operations for the Sales team through various tasks (e.g.: report generation, pipeline management, onboarding, slides).
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in relation to onboarding and contracting processes.
- Handles tickets and channel escalations and assigning them to the relevant stakeholders within SLA.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by team lead.
