Responsibilities:1. Responding to sales enquires, preparing sales quotations, and supporting sales activities (eg. cold calls) for Sales team.2. Supporting Sales Team with documentation and requirements about Sales tender/RFQ3. Liaise with Suppliers and/or Vendors to obtain prices and lead time.4. Follow up with customers on quotes sent / customer orders and request5. Tracking of inbound enquires and monitoring their progress6. Update customer inventory report if required by the customer7. Receive customer forecast and plan for buffer inventory8. Receive customer PO and generate sales order /delivery order /invoice9. Handle customers\' documents for export shipment etc. issue billing, packing list, and shipping invoice10. Ensure timely delivery of goods11. Liaise and coordinate with logistics for goods picking, packing, and labeling12. Maintain proper document filling and housekeeping13. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assignedRequirements:
