Manage on-boarding information through the in-house CRM tool
Coordinate with sales team to track customer life cycle
Manage welcome activities such as on-boarding calls and customer surveys
Promote usage of billing tools to ensure customer journey is smooth and seamless
Enhance customer experience by coordinating with new accounts
The Successful Applicant
About 1 year of experience in sales or customer support
Customer-oriented with a positive work attitude
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
