About Our Client
Our client is a global MNC who is a market leader within the logistics and 3PL vertical. The team is currently expanding and growing their market share both locally and globally.
- Manage on-boarding information through the in-house CRM tool
- Coordinate with sales team to track customer life cycle
- Manage welcome activities such as on-boarding calls and customer surveys
- Promote usage of billing tools to ensure customer journey is smooth and seamless
- Enhance customer experience by coordinating with new accounts
The Successful Applicant
- About 1 year of experience in sales or customer support
- Customer-oriented with a positive work attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
