Poly in engineering marketing or IT background. . 1-2 years relevant working experience as coordinator or administrator. non-experience is welcome to apply, full training will be provided. . Proficiency in English and Chinese. . Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. . Good interpersonal and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: . Prepare sales operation documents like quotation, PO, OC, PI, DO and tax Invoices. Generate monthly sales report and quality objectives reports for the management review. . Simple packing products. Logistics arrangement with local / overseas delivery team. . After sale customer services like follow-up return of goods if the product got warranty claim and collect customer feedbacks. . Liaise with the supplier to collect related products technical information to the customer . Assist product and marketing team to prepare product material and related document. Prepare Email newsletter content and update the latest customer subscriptions to the software . Ensure proper documentation & filling system to ease tracking and retrieval. . Handling of other miscellaneous day-to-day and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
