Assist the sales team with quotations and administrative support.
Attend to customer queries via phones /emails / walk-in showroom.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
Price list maintenance and management.
Assist and support in the preparation for tender submissions.
Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/Diploma in any field.
Working experience in the related field preferred but fresh graduates' welcome.
Meticulous and fast learner (guidance will be provided).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated.
