detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Sales Support Coordinator
to join our dynamic sales team at our Woodland office. In this key support role, you will assist with day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and solutions-focused--ready to provide essential administrative and operational support that helps our sales team meet their goals and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing sales orders, quotes, and customer communications
Coordinate between sales, operations, and customer service teams
Prepare sales documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update customer information
Support inventory tracking and help ensure timely order fulfillment
Provide administrative support for the sales team, including follow-ups and scheduling
Help identify and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction or sales performance
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
