To manage customer requests, preparing offers within an assigned geographic area. Responsible for promptly generating offers and assisting customers in buying process for spares and service offering. Strengthening relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, by promptly handling requests, claims and orders. Frequent offers follow up calls to customers and identify new opportunities and represent the company's products and services acting from office.
Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
Perform ad-hoc task given by Area Sales Manager
