We have an opening for a Sales Coordinator who supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client information, coordinating logistics for sales activities, and assisting with sales strategy and reporting. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for:


Job Responsibilities:



Administrative sales support:

Process customer orders, create quotations, generate delivery notes and invoices, and handle sales-related documentation.

Sales team assistance:

Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, updating presentation materials, and helping with promotional activities such as road shows.

Coordination:

Serve as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, including logistics, procurement, and finance, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and communication.

Database management:

Maintain and update accurate customer databases and records within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Reporting:

Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in any field At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset A Team player * Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
