Sales Support/ Customer Service Executive (it Service Provider)

Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Communicate via phone, email or mail and process new orders and renewals
  • Attend to customer enquiries
  • Support resellers
  • Process delivery orders, vendor registrations, NDAs
  • Help to resolve simple technical issues as and when required and passed on escalated cases to technical team
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum GCE "O" Levels or equivalent
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service Oriented\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
