Communicate via phone, email or mail and process new orders and renewals
Attend to customer enquiries
Support resellers
Process delivery orders, vendor registrations, NDAs
Help to resolve simple technical issues as and when required and passed on escalated cases to technical team
Any other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Minimum GCE "O" Levels or equivalent
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
