Sales Support Engineer

As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process. Reporting to Sales Support Manager oversee all providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.

Your responsibilities

• Offering technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regards to ABB products/systems/ applications
• Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues
• Offering product/solution/service-related training
• Preparing and checking technical articles for publication

Your background

• Problem Solving/Team Player
• Degree/ Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic engineering
• Experience on variable speed drive will be an advantage
• Effective spoken and written communication in English.
• Good analytical and proactive mindset
