- Coordinate with Factory for technical matters
- Attend site meetings and factory meetings
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Experience in HVAC/Chillers/AHU/FCU or BMS
- Good problem solver, able to understand the issues customers face and create solutions to fix the problem
- Customer oriented and results-focused
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
