Sales Support Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming enquiries
- Sourcing and generate Sales Quotations to customers
- Discuss with Account Managers for quoted margins or discounts
- Coordinate with Order Processing Team for necessary for any deviation on quotations/customer orders and facilitate the communication with customers
- First point of contact to customers for technical clarifications on quotations
- Liaise with Operations/Logistics for physical stock status or certificate availability or freight cost (if necessary)
- Follow up on open quotations for General Accounts
- Initiate customer/supplier registration
- Review inventory and plan stock replenishment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least minimum Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical discipline or equivalent
- Has at least one year of experiences in relevant field
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering products is an added advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Other Information:
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Working location: Tuas
- Transport pick-up and drop-off at Jurong Point
