Job Description


Key accountabilities
  • Assist Account Managers and work with relevant stakeholders to coordinate completion of customer requests that includes preparation of proposal, pricing requests, execution and follow up
  • Prepare documents, presentations and statistics for both internal and customer meetings
  • Act as focal point of contact in the absence of Account Managers
  • Exercise talent within a versatile team to offer healthcare solutions
  • Able to upsell to contribute to revenue objectives
  • Manage relationship with customers to effectively attain high customer satisfaction
  • Perform utilization analysis & corporate profiling
  • Handle feedback and manage resolution of issues
  • Work with other departments to improve inter-department work processes

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor degree or diploma wtih 2years working experience
  • Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills
  • Driven to win as a team and strong passion to excel
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to handle customers feedback and complaints
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
