Job Description
Adecco is partnering with our client, an international freight forwarding company to look for a Sales Support Executive. The incumbent will be providing support to the Business Development Manager by preparing quotations and performing shipping coordination with external parties.
Job Details:
- Location: Airport Cargo Road (Nearest MRT: Tampines / Pasir Ris)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary: Basic up to $3500
- Provide assistance to the Business Development Manager
- Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations)
- Coordinate shipping arrangements with the appropriate stakeholders for air, sea, and cross-border shipments
- Provide billing advisory & reminders
- Minimum Diploma in any specialisation
- Relevant experience in sales administration will be advantageous
