Job Description

• Position: Aftersales Support Executive
• Working location : Boon Lay ( office)
• Working days : 5 days
• Working hours : 8am - 5pm
• Salary : $2,500-$3,500

Description:

• Preparation of Quotation for both spare parts and service attendance to customer
• Preparation and issue service kits and spare parts to service engineers
• Maintain good rapport with customers
• Attend to technical enquiries from customers
• Pick & pack of spares when necessary
• Prepare shipping documentation and arrange delivery with courier companies

Job Requirements:

• Able to read and understand schematic and block diagrams(Training will be provided)
• Min. Diploma in Electrical and Electronic
