Pte Ltd, is the exclusive distributor of Remedy Drinks & Dash Water in Singapore. Remedy is Singapore's number 1 Kombucha and fermented drinks brand, in the past 3 years we have achieved a market penetration that is the envy of all other kombucha brands.We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team to work closely with the Sales Director as their support executive, assisting them to generate new sales through active lead management and process sales with existing customers while maintaining positive, responsive relationships with those customers.This is an ideal role for a someone seeking work life balance, and a break from high pressure full time corporate work. Prior executive assistant, or sales experience in FMCG is preferred.This will be a broad role covering everything from liaising with company directors, brand owners and stakeholders, along with sales force scheduling, order processing, fielding sales enquiries and some marketing activities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Singapore Sales Director:- manage their customer communications, manage their calendar, schedule their meetings, and sales calls with clients- assist them to follow up on leads with product catalogues, samples, and quotations, then relentlessly pursue meetings with decision makers for them to be able to close the deal- order processing for accounts, using supplier portals for invoice submission, account reporting and vendor management- account activation paperwork; completing, collating, and submitting vendor onboarding forms for corporate and new customer accountsModern trade- Manage the merchandisers schedules, call cycle compliance and overall route planning for optimum efficiency and market coverage- Generate field reports using the Opmetrix CRM on in-store compliance, call cycle efficiency, merchandiser time on task and overall channel performanceGeneral duties- Handle general enquiries and incoming communications, directing them to the appropriate party for follow up if required- Assist in marketing activities, trade shows and consumer events, when needed, as a part of the sales team- Liaise with the brands on market performance, marketing initiatives and local support when required- Create and maintain up to date product lists and catalogues, customer EDM campaigns on new product launches, promotions, or relevant brand communicationsThe successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and efficient, be an excellent communicator with a high level of written and verbal skills along with a good understating of IT systems and general computer knowledge.You need to have permanent working rights in Singapore in order to apply.If you think this is a role for you, please send us your resume along with a cover letter explaining why.Thanks, and we look forward to hearing from you!The BFS TeamJob Type: Part-time
