Job Summary:

• Company background: Logistics, Supply Chain & Transportation
• Working location: East
• Working days & hrs: Monday - Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00AM
• Salary range: up to SGD 4,000 + VB

Responsibilities

• Preparing and generating accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
• Ensuring pricing and terms within quotations are precise and following up to convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Assisting the sales team by managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Maintaining and updating customer information and sales records using Cargowise software.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation related to sales activities, including contracts, quotations, and correspondence.
• Generating reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinating with the operations team and communicating with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Relevant studies related in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or experiences in Freight Forwarding industry.
• Experience in using CargoWise software will be an advantageous
