Job Description
Our client provide IT support services, computing parts distribution and computing equipment resell. With in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of IT Service Management for product support, infrastructure build-&-run and offer a comprehensive suite of managed services. They carry notebook and PC products, printers, servers, networking gear, computing parts and many more, for all major brands.
- Support sales operations - preparing quotation, manage sales cycle
- To process all sales orders with accuracy and deliver in a timely manner
- Ensure prompt response to customers and vendors.
- Liaising with other departments to facilitate daily work requirement.
- Monitor sales goals and assists Sales Team members in meeting them.
- Manage team targets and KPIs; contribute to improving Customer Satisfaction.
- Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting.
- Generate sales leads for targeted portfolio.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business , Information Technology or relevant
- Welcome entry level
- Knowledge on general computer hardware and software
- 5 days work at Henderson road
- Salary $2400 - $3000
