Job Description
Position Title : Sales Support Executive
Location : Jurong East
Working days : 5 days
Working hours : 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,500 - $3,500 [Depends on experience, can be lower/higher]

- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Collaborating with the Warehouse and Logistics department to ensure timely and satisfactory order ful\xef\xac\x81lment
- Assist in resolving incoming customer queries relating to orders such as invoice discrepancies.
- Provide support in preparing monthly sales reports and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant documents for claims from manufacturers and retailer incentives
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely payment to retailers
- Support event logistics by setting up equipment and proving on-site assistance during launch events/ roadshows
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma holders possessing relevant work experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications/ FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Pro\xef\xac\x81cient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
