We are looking for a Sales Support Executive (Logistics, Quotation)!The OpportunityAdecco is partnering with a Global logistics and freight forwarding company. We are looking for a Sales Support Executive (Logistics, Quotation) to join the team!Reporting to the Customer Service Manager. This role needs someone who are proficient in doing Quotation for Ocean, Air and DG Shipment in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: East region, Changi South Street (Expo)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
The JobQuotation: Support the sales team by generating and providing quotation to customers for Air and Ocean freight servicesOrder Management: Process client orders by liaising with origin and pre-alert to customer and internal operation teamAccount Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and other required documentation for operation take overCoordination: Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of client orders.The Talent
  • With at least 2 years in logistics/freight forwarding industry
  • Familiar with air, ocean & DG shipments
  • Proficient in MS Office
