The Employer: MNC in marine equipment manufacturing Good benefits and career progression Location: Jurong, Tuas (near MRT, transport provided at Jurong East station) Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company’s Marine Aftersales department functions smoothly and sustainably through the support and administration of aftersales responsibilities.
Service Support
  • Execute administrative and operative duties like updating the engineers’ movements daily, providing commissioning packages, drawings and project details or booking flights and issuing visa applications.
  • Ensure clear communication between the engineers and the Service Manager by consolidating, checking, and following up of service reports and expenses claims and forwarding them to the manager.
  • Provide operational support by preparing costing sheets, service quotations or draft invoices.
  • Ensure a continuous flow-of-information by submitting reports to higher hierarchies and documenting relevant service data in Navision.
  • Coordinate service attendance in Europe, Middle East & US regions for the Asia Pacific customers.
Order Fulfillment Support
  • Creation and maintenance of customer account and responsibility of order fulfillment process completed with documentation and compliance.
  • Resolve customer queries, demands, and escalate complaints to management where necessary.
  • Coordinate with factory on parts availability, pricing and delivery, including sourcing for parts locally and internationally.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing upon receipt of PO and arranging delivery
  • Meeting with customers as required.
Warranty
  • Ensuring documentation provided are sufficient for warranty submission with return of subject components to factory
  • Arranging service attendance for inspection/replacement for warranty scope
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in any field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the related field
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Outlook & Word)
  • Strong competencies in Navision or equivalent ERP software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizing ability and time management skills
  • Good team player who is proactive and independent
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good English language skills
