Sales Support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Support Executive (One-Year Renewable Contract)

to assist our sales team. This role is key in ensuring timely order processing and invoicing, while providing excellent support to both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders and invoices accurately and follow through until delivery. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Supply Chain, 3PL, finance) to ensure timely fulfilment. Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product listings. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support. Work closely with supply chain to prevent OOS (Out-of-Stock) situations. Liaise with Supply Chain department and Sales Team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

ITE or Certificate in Supply Chain / Business Management / Marketing or relevant field. At least 1 year of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in FMCG. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in Netsuite systems is a plus. Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
