Replying customer enquiries on WhatsApp and Telegram
Handling sales inquiries and quotations from customers;
Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers;
Entering confirmed orders into order system;
Arrange and track delivery of products from overseas and local warehouse to customers' location;
Updating of project management tool promptly;
On-Site notes taking, discussion with customers & ID
Drafting and uploading of diagrams on Project Management tool
Conduct general office administration;
Ability to communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products
Job Requirements
Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
Proficient in MS Powerpoint & MS Word
Good verbal and written communication skills
5 day work week
* Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
