Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Log, track, and update service requests within agreed tools and processes. Maintain the accuracy of request records, including document tracking and upkeeping. Ensure catalogue items and request templates are current and meet sales/operations needs. Liaise with relevant teams to coordinate request fulfilment and escalate where needed. Provide administrative support for meeting coordination, asset inventory updates, and document control. Pull and compile request tracking and status reports for business operations management.

Requirements:



Diploma or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
