Responsibilities:-
Provide administrative support to the team leaders / members
Quote prices, credit terms and delivery conditions
Prepare picking (parts requisition) notes
Generate sales invoices / cash memos and delivery orders
Attend to customer enquiries and follow-up
General clerical duties such as filing etc.
Perform ad-hoc duties / tasks as required by the Company or instructed by the team leader,
Perform stock-take duties.
Requirements:-
Minimum GCE N/O level
Proficient in MS Office and PC literate
Preferably with Admin Experience
