Sales Support Executive

We are seeking an exceptional sales support administrator in providing analytical, administrative and sales/channel support to improve sales and program efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide pre and post sales related support for partner sales representatives

  • Assist in preparing quotation for standard products
  • Support sales & presales team in getting necessary approvals for proposal and pricing
  • Working closely with sales/service team in Singapore and overseas to provide pre-sales and after sales support
  • Handle online inquiry and set up appointments for sales reps
  • Ensure proper updating of sales pipeline in CRM
  • Assist in booking of sales opportunities and manage PO to ensure end to end follow through and update partners and partner sales on status and delivery date
  • Check the quotes with right part numbers against raised orders to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted with correct terms and condition been applied
  • Assist with obtaining information on most current vendor pricing in conjunction with commercial colleagues
  • Administer general sales/channel sales related documentation (receiving, labelling, sorting, filing, distributing)
  • Capture data and maintain systems as is required by sales process and channel sales team
  • Provide excellent level support to partner sales and marketing related initiatives, meeting SLA\'s for task assigned
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient production, inventory management and timely delivery of products/services
Dashboard and reports preparation to track sales rep and partner performance
  • Consolidate data feeds from multiple sources, automate process and auto-generate tables, charts and reports
  • Maintain sales order log, weekly/monthly review of target performance, bid list, win lost opportunities, closing report for promotion programs, consolidate quarterly marketing fund ( utilization and expenses )
  • Presentation of sales forecast in monthly meetings
DB sourcing and management
  • Recruit new DB and enrich data points to be able to filter by titles, capabilities and industry
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to consolidate CRM data
Process enhancement and automation
  • Analyse sales and operational data to identify areas of improvement
  • Support and assist on identifying underlining operational issues and participate in the implementation of process improvement
Requirements
  • At least Diploma in business management or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support and client services
  • Experience in B2B and ICT industry would be advantages
  • Process good MS excel skills. Excel VBA macros, power BI and Power automation is a plus
  • Proficiency in using SFDC, sales forecasting tools
  • Detailed-oriented and organized and has a good analytical skills
  • Has knowledge and und understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
  • Singaporean only
Work location: near Jurong East MRT (Hybrid)
