Job Description
- Liaise with customer for client issue, solving customer enquiries and the delivery date
- Process sales order using SAP system
- Provides good customer service to ensure meet customer expectation
- Investigate and resolve regular/ad-hoc request or complaints
- Participate in process improvement program as directed by the Team Leader or Supply Chain team

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in SAP system
- Able to work under fast paced environment
