Human by nature.Sales Support Officer (1 year contract), Singapore - Your future position?As Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Project and product service requests and client contact (Perfume Clearance, Product Assessment, Base Assessment, claim support, etc)
• Samples Preparation, Base management & Support Submission Kit preparation
• Project/Submission presentation support
• Commercial oil sample requests for Singapore/Indo production (roll out, trial orders)
• Local/overseas dispatch arrangement
• Fragrance Card & Other Regulatory & Technology documentation request
• Raw Material Review (RMR)/Halal Certification processing & request
• IBIS management, new win reporting and updating files
• Travel and Concur management, Internal/External meeting and event coordination\'s
• Secondary contact point to provide quotations to SEAA client procurement
• IBIS quotation activity/updates

• Bachelor\'s Degree holder with an interest in Fragrance industry
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficient with MS Office applications such as powerpoint and excel

• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and openness to learning
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Able to handle highly confidential information and high stress environment
