Generate accurate and timely sales quotation using sales portal system for the entire sales team
Conduct regular check on the data integrity of sales entry on the system
Perform data entry to sales portal, as required
Handle phone calls or email enquiries from sales representatives, converting these calls into sales enquiries
Follow up with internal customers to ensure that the generated quotations are well received
Develop a good working relationship with all internal customers and partners across all departments
Perform fortnightly updates of sales reporting, including the number of quotations generated and number of successful transactions
Provide analysis of generated reports to management
Provide administrative assistance to Reporting Manager
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
