Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Assist a team of Relationship Manager (RMs) in Singapore and Hong Kong on all aspects of client service, operational, administrative and marketing support.
\xc2\xb7 Assist the RMs in managing and monitoring client\xe2\x80\x99s portfolios including updating of portfolio positions and investment proposals to mainly Japanese speaking clients / prospects.
\xc2\xb7 Receive and execute client orders including but not limited to securities, bonds, derivative, loans and FX transactions.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and handle account opening documents in compliance with AML requirement
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate Japanese onboarding documentation
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Japan head office/ inter offices for any administrative issues.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with internal and external parties to process client\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio transfer instructions involving different asset classes.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure trading and settlement setup for client account prior to trade.
\xc2\xb7 Providing assistance and advice on security settlement subject matters.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal and external vendors on projects including system rollouts and enhancement.

Requirements

• At lease a Diploma certificate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in client servicing roles within Private Banking business.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese as there will be interaction with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders, proficient in spoken and written Mandarin will be a plus to work with the HK RMs.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Familiar with AML and compliance requirements within the Private Banking space.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
• Client oriented, fast delivery and effective response to client\xe2\x80\x99s request.
• Committed to Teamwork
• Effective communication and analytical skills; with demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Successful completion of CACS Papers 1 and 2, with professional certification in Financial Markets Regulatory Practices (FMRP) and relevant CMFAS modules a plus.
