Job scope:
- Respond and handle sales inquiries (full cycle) to offer clients the best accommodation solutions based on their needs
- Support clients with documentation to ensure compliance with varying legal systems within the Asian region
- Support internal sales processes such as maintaining sales databases and assisting with viewings
- Communicate with partners in the event of customer claims or maintenance issues
- Maintain an active line of communication with assigned cities local teams
- Forecast sales activity and revenue (meeting and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs)
- Proactively manage sales pipeline in CRM system
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Preferably 2 years of sales coordination experience is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Customer service oriented
