Adecco is partnering with one of the clients in the real estate/property industry and they are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team! This position requires the incumbent to handle sales inquiries for Singapore and Hong Kong to propose the best accommodation solutions for prospective clients.
Job scope:
Respond and handle sales inquiries (full cycle) to offer clients the best accommodation solutions based on their needs
Support clients with documentation to ensure compliance with varying legal systems within the Asian region
Support internal sales processes such as maintaining sales databases and assisting with viewings
Communicate with partners in the event of customer claims or maintenance issues
Maintain an active line of communication with assigned cities local teams
Forecast sales activity and revenue (meeting and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs)
Proactively manage sales pipeline in CRM system
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Preferably 2 years of sales coordination experience is a plus
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
Customer service oriented
