Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct screening of applications to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless and positive experience
• Provide guidance to Business Developments on recruitment best practices and selection technique
• Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process

Requirements:
xe2x9cx85 Possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields.
xe2x9cx85 CEI Certified Preferred, no experience are welcome as well as training would be provided!
xe2x9cx85 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
xe2x9cx85 Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company's sales targets
